Next Steps in Estate Planning

A few simple steps and you are on your way to peace of mind

Step One

An appointment can be arranged in the comfort of your own home at a time that is convenient to you, whether it be day time, evening or at a weekend if you would prefer.

After a brief, initial telephone conversation we can agree a suitable time for a home visit.

Step Two

Prior to the appointment, we will send you an information sheet that will help you to prepare for the meeting.

It will give you details of the type of information we will need from you and the various aspects that you will need to consider.

Step Three

At the appointment, we will gather information in relation to your personal circumstances and we will take time to understand your wishes and concerns.

This will enable us to advise you on the different options open to you in order to achieve your goals.

We will be happy to answer any questions you may have and we will ensure that we explain the different options to you in sufficient detail to enable you to make an informed decision about what is best for you.

Step Four

If you ask us to have Wills or other documents drawn up for you, we will have your personalised documents drafted, printed and bound within about two weeks.

We will then arrange a convenient time with you for us to return for a second visit. At that appointment, we will take time to explain the contents and wording of the documents to you in detail and we will personally oversee the signing and witnessing of them.

This is a very important part of the service as failure to have the documents signed and witnessed in the correct manner will render them invalid.
